Is this tool easy to use? Yes, it is very easy. You just need to keep pressing one button to activate tires' sensor one by one. 2. Why does it not work for my car? Your car brand, model and year is not in the Compatibility List. 3. Why does it not work for my truck? This TPMS tool doesn't support truck. It is only for cars, SUVs, pickups and light trucks of GM, not for heavy trucks. 4. Why didn't this tool work? There may be a few reasons: (a) You didn't install a 9V battery which isn't included in the package, or the battery is low power, or the battery positive and negative poles are installed incorrectly. We recommend installing a new 9V battery so the signal is strong. (b) If you installed a new 9V battery but not work, your car may not be in TPMS relearn mode. (c) Did you buy the wrong tool? This tool is for cars, SUVs, pickups and light trucks of GM. And is your car model and year in the Compatibility List? This tool is not for heavy trucks. 5. Why didn't this tool work for my vehicle which is in the Compatibility List? Besides above reasons (a) and (b), The most possible reason is that the TPMS sensor you bought has problems. You bought aftermarket sensor and which is not programmed correctly, and even it is a blank sensor that has not been programmed. That is why we recommend to buy OEM/OE sensors. If not OEM/OE sensors, we are not sure that it will work. 6. Why didn't this tool work for my vehicle which is in the Compatibility List and my sensor is original? Besides above reasons (a) and (b), the most possible reason is your sensor. Was it a new OEM/OE sensor? If it was a new OEM/OE sensor, you must buy a wrong one. If it was an old sensor, there must be some problems with this sensor, such as low power or no power, damaged, car TPMS system has a problem, etc. 7. Why didn't it come with a 9V battery? We really want to put a battery in the package which is simple to us. But if we sell products with batteries, it will face strict scrutiny and a lot of troublesome. Therefore, sellers usually provide products without battery. 8. What to do if one of sensors can't be activated? You can skip this tire and try other tires, if you can hear the horn or see the turn light flashing, it means other sensors can be reset, also means that sensor has a problem. If that sensor is no problem, please send us message about your problems from the order page so we can check reasons 9. How to make the vehicle into TPMS relearn mode? Please check it on paper manual. And some cars may be different. You can check it on your car manual or ask a mechanic. 10. Which Compatibility List is latest, on this web page or on the manual sheet? On this web page, the Compatibility List is latest. The one on manual sheet is not updated. But it will be updated in the next shipment. 11. Why may non-original sensors fail? Because aftermarket sensors may be programmed incorrectly, even blank. If the parameters are not consistent with the OEM/OE ones or the frequency is changed, they cannot be activated. 12. Is there a paper manual? Yes, and it is very detailed.

Worked perfectly! I purchased my tire sensors online and hd them installed at a local tire store and after I left I realized they did not activate them. When I called they said they didn’t have the tool to do it. I got on Amazon and found this and had it with a couple days. It took less than 5 minutes to re-activate and activate all 4 of my tire sensors with this.
